I have done transaction through freecharge for redbus ticket booking on 10-dec-2017 and cancelled ticket on 17-dec-2017. Still i am not getting my amount in source of bank account,
They are not responding email properly and they asking bank statement and account details everything. But solution is not yet given, they are keep on telling 5-7 days. Now also they said 5-7 days. This 4th time of 5-7 days, still i am not getting solution.
