I had paid BESCOM Electricity bill payment on 14 FEB 2017 of Rs.: 982 on FreeCharge, the payment was failed but the amount was been deducted from my bank account. Hence I have sent number of mails regarding the same issue but there is no response for the freecharge customer care team. I have even tried to calling freecharge customer care but there is no response even from that end.
However as per their own policy the amount needs to refund to my account within 7days. The freecharge customer care team has created multiple tickets which are given below but not responded for single mail and apologizes for the inconvenience and due to this issue I have to pay penalty to BESCOM since the bill was not paid on time which is even more frustrating for me.
It’s completely frustrating working with continuous failures on each mail with freecharge.
Hope this forum will get my money back from the Freecharge. I would recommend every one to stop using the freecharge payment portals to safeguard their hard earn money.
