Sir, we made recharge an amount of rs 196/- to docomo number (Transaction id : fcva[protected]) on 30 july 2017, recharge is failed but the same amount was deducted in my sbi account.in the transaction status it is showing refund success, but the amount till not credited in freecharge wallette / sb account. Please refund the amount at the earliest, otherwise i will consult a lawyer. Thank you
