[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Regarding refund status while booking bus ticket through REDBUS on 31st Dec 2016

On 31st Dec, I tried 3 booking ticket through REDBUS using FREECHARGE.In 3 tickets, 2 tickets got booked successfully. But one ticket got failed due to unknown error. Hence amount debited and ticket wasn't booked. Again I tried booking for the same day. Then also amount got debited but ticket wasn't booked.

When I have contacted REDBUS on Jan 02nd, they were saying amount not received from bank. Then told me to check with bank. On Jan 03rd, I was checking with Bank then provided me the below reply stating that 'As confirmed by merchant, txn id [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] has been successfully updated at merchant's (KLICKPAY SER CHECKOUTFREE) end. Online transaction mentioned in SR was completed using second factor authentication (ATM pin). Hence customer needs to contact the merchant directly for refund.'

Today i.e. 27th Jan 2017, I have contacted REDBUS again regarding this. They requested me to check with FREECHARGE because I made payment via FREECHARGE.
Then they gave me the failed reference numbers as well.
Total amount: 520 + 520 = 1040

94861787, 94858622 are reference numbers .
Have raised the ticket against FREECHARGE as well 1036618. It's been 3 months. So far, I haven't got proper response from them. Every time these guys are saying me to wait for 2 – 4 working days. I'm not sure till how long do I need to wait to get my money back.
