I did train ticket booking on irctc using freecharge wallet and the tracation failed, amount debted from my freecharge wallet and IRCTC team refunded the amount to freecharge wallet. I received SMS saying your current balance is 1305. When i check free charge app/website both are showing empty balance and it is throwing an error saying server is busy and unable to server. So far the service is not restored, always throwing same error. I made a complaint with the free charge through email, it's almost more than a week but no response from them.
I'm trying to talk to their Customer executing but it is completely IVR system, no chance to take the call to Customer representative .
