I never seen this kind of support from any customer care. My transaction in BigBasket via FreeCharge failed, where as I never received any SMS, mail or call from FreeCharge saying the transaction failed. I had to call them couple of times for status. I sent couple of mails even where many maild floated between us, and now they are saying as send mail from registered mail address.
My first query is why they didn't say this in first place. After one frustrated day in mail exchange they are saying it now.
Second thing is for status i had call them couple of times. Here they took total 32 min to answer my query. As their customer care number is not toll free why should i pay this call charges for FreeCharge mistake of failed transactions or not replying in mail.
Regarding transaction amount 446/- initially they said you will get back it in 6hours. Now saying as 6days. No where in the app or my account its showing at least they processed this refund. How to trust them for this kind of response or support
