[Resolved] Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — unreasonably blocked my account and not refunded my wallet balance either

Freecharge had blocked my account twice stating that they had noticed suspicious activity in my account but i didn’t feel that there was anything suspicious since i was using a clone app for my this account besides app for my son’s account.
Freecharge neither called me up but sent a mail that they had refunded my wallet balance to my bank account or card account and when i could not see any refund to my bank they sent the payment details as follows but my bank confirmed that there was no such refund to the credit of my account. It seems freecharge has transferred the amount to their own account – how can a layman check for the payment gateway reference no. I don’t understand-it’s a matter to harass customers – it said that it had processed the refund on 21-3-19 but till date there is no credit to my account and the cashback amount they have refused to refund. First of all doubting a customer without even talking to him/her is not expected-we too have our goodwill and good credit rating then who are they to suspect us? The company could have called up on the registered mobile no. But it never did that instead simply blocked my account.
Please take action against freecharge and get my wallet balance credited to me
