I had added Rs. 3000/- today to Freecharge account in hope of transferring to my friend for some urgent purpose. I didn't know the minimum days to transfer money to account is 45 days. I had done transfer before and and this was not the case at that time. How a customer suppose to know this information before blindly trust your application? I have been using Freecharge since years and never expected this kinda situation. Now my 3000 bucks are stuck in your app's wallet and I really cannot afford that. Its a serious problem. Please do a Reversal/Refund.
