Sir my complain regarding freerecharge app, when i was pay my electricity bill of maharashtra, it saw me your transaction prossess unsuccessful than i wiil try one more time to pay but 2nd time it also show me transaction unsuccessful that was second time to pay…
When i understanding it not completed through freerecharge online payment. I will paid by cash moany (Rs. 770) to department for msedcl 0ffice.
But when i look my sbi account affter some time it was withdrawal by freerecharge by two (2) time (770 + 770) = rs. 1540, date of 05/05/2017 at 10 t0 11 am.

From a/c [protected]. I will try to complaint your helpline number near 4 day but it not pick up my call so i will go to national consumer forum. They are note down my complaint with referance number 342779
