This is to inform u that I have contineuosly Net Connect probem since last 30 days. I have to call ur complaints number continue 2 times in a day for Disconnect of Net. But every time they give me same ans that "Some Technicle Problem". They also dont register my complaint. So kindly request to You solve this matter within 2 days & give me proper reply.Otherwise take some serious legal step against Company.
Hope u get it & attend as soon as possible.

I have booked a ticket from tirupati to hyderabad my flight boarding time is at 14:15 without any intimation they saying that flight is delay by 5hours 19:15 since we are waiting for last 7hours they don't have any responsibility about the passengers and coming back and saying its again late the flight. Very worst airlines

I have recently switched my network form idea to airtel due to slow network issue since i have changes my network to airtel problem is more worse i couldn't even get ant signal indoors and very slow network outdoors. I cant understand what kind of network is this and the customer care executives ask me to be patient issue will be resolved they cant understand the severity of my issue its like i am being without a mobile form past 4 days. Im unable to port to any other network now as its been only a week i have switched.
I want this issue to be resolved in a couple of days or else only option left with me is to throw this sim and take a new jio network. Hope someone will respond fast and resolve this.

I was traveling with 2 senior citizen (my mother & my father) my wife and my son(infant) with air india flight ai 854 from pune to delhi on 5.06.2019 to depart at 22.20 from pune.
I reached at the pune airport at 8.30pm and requested mr.Kamlesh sitting at the check in counter to help me with the check in as i was travelling with an infant. Its as per law that person traveling with infant and senior citizen must be given priority.
though mr.Kamlesh counter was vacant he intially refused to give us a checkin and after lot of requests with lot of hesitation he allowed us to check in.
thereafter i had already booked my seats through make my trip seat no 4c, 4d, 4e &5f he refused to give those seats despite the same being clearly mentioned in my ticket. After lot of discussion he told me that only if i show him my invoice then he will give me the boarding pass.He developed a new procedure and after 15 mins when i showed him the invoice then he gave me boarding passes.
The flight got delayed and i was waiting with my family members at the food court.
When boarding started we all checked in and from aerodrome i realized that i forgot my baby bag at the food court. When i requested mr. Kamlesh to request an air india staff to collect the bag he in a very rude and disrepectful manner asked me to wait behind and continued with checkin.
Mr.Yadav from cisf was standing there and he told mr kamlesh to request someone to go and collect the bag. We had a heated discussion and he abused me and told to remember my things.
The behavior of mr. Kamlesh is very disturbing, disrespectful, non-cooperative and i think he must be sacked from the airlines immediately.
He doesn't deserve to be in Air India.

We are using AIRLINK (Internet service) in this area. They take advance payment. We do not receive their service almost everyday. When we call customer care they talk rudely moreover no body receives our call at surat office (including nodal and apparel officer). When we ask for re embessment they say our internet was working and they refuses to give extra days. We want some help or else please help us to get our money back

On may 12, 2019, i was travelling back to canada and my first leg of journey was bangalore – chennai. I would proceed from chennai to dubai and then on to toronto. I knew i had excess weight and was prepared to pay for it. But as soon as i got to the counter and as i was putting my checked bags on to the belt, a supervisor comes along and says to the person behind the counter – weigh everything and take money. The supervisor's name was gurumukh. After trying to reason with the man, who was extremely rude and disrespectful, i gave up and went to pay for the excess baggage. There were 2 young men behind the windows. I said that was there to pay the money for the excess baggage and he said it was an extra bag. I asked them to call the counter folks and verify it. They made some calls and said that the supervisor confirmed it was an extra bag and the amount was inr17600. Again, i tried reasoning with the men but decided to pay and somehow get out of there. I was paying by card and gave my card to the person behind the window. He keyed in the amount and then gave the machine to me where it said "enter pin." i entered the pin and he gave me a receipt. When i checked the receipt, the amount was inr71600. I was aghast and asked how it became inr71600. I ask to see their supervisor and the two men looks at each other and after some conversation in hindi and phone call to someone said that they would return the money. They take the card back from me and do something and gives me another receipt saying that the payment has been voided and the money will be returned immediately. So, i call the bank and they said that the money has been taken but it has not been credited back. I ask the 2 men why it is not credited back, they then say it will take 3 hours. The 3 hours has now become 8 days. Well, after voiding the invoice, unbelievably, they still take ask for inr17600. By then, i just wanted to get out of there and paid the money. I then went to see the supervisor (Gurumukh) who was no where to be seen but instead met with ravi. I repeated the entire incident once again and he apologized. I asked if they did not feel ashamed to take any money after having cheated me of inr54000.
I hate to say this but i think this plot to take money started with the officer gurumukh when he looked at me and said "weigh the bags and take money."
Is air india going to do anything about this? Does air india have any ethics? Is air india that corrupt?

My aircel number showing register failed suddenly from 13th march night. Still it is showing that. My number is [protected]. I want to port out my number. So i try to portable through sending message to 1900 on 1st march. But i does not receive any reply from aircel. So i try to portable my number again by sending sms to 1900 on 12th march night. But on 13th march my number showing not register. I have that number register in many places. So i want that number in any way. The service provided by aircel is very worst and i am not able to make even a phone call. Please resolve the issue so that i can portable my number.
