Hi Team,

My brother booked flight for himself and for his family from London to Delhi (travel date -4th may) and Delhi to London (travel date – 27th may).
Due to personal reasons, he couldn't travel on 4th May.
And booked another ticket and travelled on 10th May instead.

Complaint :
When he arrived on 27th may, he was told by air line staff that his returning ticket is automatically cancelled due to no show of onward journey.
They cannot board me until he buy new ticket and he was forced to pay 70k INR to get new ticket and he got harassed in front of public and airline staff, his family got scared by their behavior due to which he has to pay the amount as he cannot let them go alone. They forced to pay the huge amount by forcing and creating condition that only 10 minutes are left you want it ot not?

1. I wanted to know, why his returning journey was cancelled without informing him or emailing him?

He was forced to buy new ticket of 70k, when he was already holding ticket but your staff told him that they cannot consider my original ticket.

This all has happened due to unprofessional behaviour and non communication by Air India.

Who is going to compensate that?

I will never ever refer anyone Air India flight, this type of behavior is restricting to change India Image in front of world. Stop doing this and start treating humans like humans.

2. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

Air India Express,

I had booked below inbound & outbound tickets with your airlines on 19 September, 2011.
I got an email from you, saying that flight IX411/DEL-COK dated 11th December 2011(PNR: IX[protected] has been cancelled

How can you cancel a flight after 1 and half months of booking.

Moreover, you have also cancelled my flight from Cochin to New Delhi dated 16th December, 2011 without any intimation.

Now, I am finding it difficult to rebook the tickets for the same itenary.
I had pre-planned my travel. I am currently suffering from dengue and this is causing great pain and aggrevating my condition.

Also, I cant now afford to buy the flight tickets for the same ittenary at the short notice as the cost has doubled and also the flight timmings are not suiting my plans.

I request you to provide the alternate arrangements else I would approach law of court to get the compensation for the agony and pain caused by your airlines.

I would sue your company, if alternate arrangements are not made.

I am also writing to Consumer court and I would follow up till your airlines doesnt pay the compensation for the agony and loss caused to me and my family.

Hello,

Dear air india team,

I puneet kwatra had lost my new brown wallet on the air india flight ai916 on my return flight from dubai started 22:00 dubai local time on 22nd june 2019 and reached delhi at 03:00 am delhi local time on 23rd june 2019. The purse is brown in color and had various debit and credit cards as well as priority pass cards in the name of myself puneet kwatra and my wife dhara kwatra and approx. 4000 dehrams.

Kindly register my complaint and please help locate my wallet by inspecting the allocated cabin and beneath the seats through camera recording as well. It seems its lost in allocated cabin above seats 27h, 27j, 27g as the cabin was already occupied by air india with their own belongings and hardly had any space for passengers to keep their hand luggage. Somehow, i had managed to place my laptop bag with wallet inside the front pocket without zip. The wallet might slip out from the open pocket and lost within the cabin itself along with air india belongings placed in the same cabin.

It might also be possible that i might lost my wallet beneath these seats.

It is a non branded brown color raxine leather purse.

It contains 11 cards in total including 2 priority pass cards in the name of myself puneet kwatra and my wife dhara kwatra.

9 debit and credit cards include :
– 4 hdfc bank debit cards in the name of puneet kwata and dhara kwatra.

The purse also contains approx. 4000 dehrams purchased from india in the bill name of puneet kwatra and dhara kwatra.

I further attach my passport copies of myself and my wife and my son as well as their boarding passes for your easy references.

Please help locate my wallet as this would be a great help.

My name is kishore kunal singh, living in surat sunflower building agam heights near bhimrad road -395017, we took connection from airlink internet service provider they took the money brought the wire but their connection didn't work since day 1. I raised many compaints regarding the same on daily basis from 5th june till today although the connection should have worked from day 1 that is on monday itself but only response i am getting is a message and nothing else, even the staff i rude they hang the phone and will not tell you when will it be corrected no information what so ever, this is not a sound of business and i would like to raise a voice against this.

I have internet broad band of airlink communication pvt ltd and it is used since lond time but as per his commitment plan they can't not provide internet speed and in whole month minimum 4-5 days internet not working and when i call its customer care for logged the complain, they can't give the pro pare answer and very rudely talking with us. Sir,
I am writing this complaint letter, having gone through lots of inconveniences and troubles faced by my wife and my infant boy during my recent trip from Kolkata to Singapore with your Air India Express Staff at the Check-in counter on 28 Dec 2010.

Some hardship faced by my family are listed below:

1. My wife, my infant son and I have a confirmed ticket from Kolkata to Singapore in Air India Express on 28Dec 2010, 3.25am flight but we were denied blatantly of our seat, for the reason Flight Overbooked.

2. At Kolkata check-in counter, the lady staff’s attitude towards my family (with infant) was very harsh and inhuman. She denied any consideration and priority for my infant even after explaining to her that my child was under medication and not feeling well. So we were in Queue for One and half hour before we reach check-in counter and to be denied seat at the end. There was only one lady staff in the Kokata check-in counter, so I believe it will be easy for your office to identify her and take necessary action.

– She accused us of not queuing up early to check-in when the seats run out. She is inconsiderate and not fit to serve decent passengers of any flight. Don’t this flight company have any consideration/priority for any infant/sick/elderly/handicapped people? I wonder!

3.Our family was rescheduled to fly on 30 Dec 2010, which we did and reached Singapore safely. But the damage has already been done and we have missed important appointments and engagements relating to our works since we have to retain in Kolkata for another two days without any assistance from the flight company. And my infant boy’s health has deteriorated and thus need further medical attention as soon as we reach Singapore.

4. This big blunder was committed by one poor inefficient and inconsiderate staff to our family which is hard to tolerate. To add salt to the wound further, she (staff) was never remorseful and not even tried to apologize for the matter.
I dont think i will ever take Air India Express Again!
I am waiting for the apology letter from the lady staff.

My experience with Airport Wings is Very Good.

Though I was also in a doubt to join it initially, but I still moved forward.

I am MBA in aviation and was not finding any platform to start in this industry. I read alot about

Wings and considering its good I joined Wings in the month of Feb 2014.

Currently I am working in GMR – opportunity provided by Airport Wings and for this I am thankful to

Wings.

Yes, it is true that they prepare you for their clients but as per their strong expertise in Aviation they

don’t take your much time and get you placed at the airport within one month or maximum half at

the airport or with any other aviation client that they are dealing with.

I found them far better than several other players in the market who simply charge you 50k or more

and ask you to follow them for several months and don’t give you anything while finding faults in

you or if they finally get you placed at the airport its not more than a food court or maximum some

of the shop outside the airport which one of my friend has personally experienced.
