DON’T TAKE LAND OFFERS FROM THIS COMPANY. They didn’t inform that the amount we were paying in installments includes road development costs. After we paid 3/4th amount, they wanted us to pay for the development cost also.
There are no proper procedures and policies for this company. No one takes the responsibility for owning the issue.
