I had taken a credit card from ABN Amro Bank on 26.8.2004. the card number was [protected]. It was supposed to be a free card. but after one year they had charged renewal fees i.e, the annual fee of Rs. 500. on seeing this in the statement i had complained to the ABN Amro Bank customer care and informed them to cancel my card immediately. the complaint numbers are[protected] and[protected].
But they have not cancelled the card and been sending statements to me asking me to pay the amount which i have refused as i am not using the card. I have paid all the amount for the transactions i have made in the 1st year. and there is no amount pending from my side.
I would like this to be resolved at the earliest.
