I am an Accenture Alumni[protected], I have initiated PF transfer from Accenture PF account to another PF account. But i have received online submission error and was not able to proceed further. I have reached out to EPF grievance regarding the same and they have instructed to reach out to Employer on the same. I have sent email to Eb.[protected]@accenturesupport.accenture.com and they have responded with below email.

I have responded to the email with requested details but i haven’t heard back from them. the above communication was received on Mar/2021 after that i have several emails but no response. I am utterly disappointed with them. In this COVID situation everyone is struggling financially i am in need of the money at this critical situation but no response from them for any resolution.
