I worked in accenture from sept 2014 to june 2019. I claimed for my pf in the month of august 2019 and my claim got settled in the month of november 2019 due to delays fom the pf office however, due to incorrect bank account details the amount has still not credited to my bank account. I now need accenture to update the correct account details on the pf portal so that i can claim for my pf again. I have written several emails to eb. [protected]@accenture.com regarding this but they are unable to understand my concern and are redirecting me to the pf office. I have already visited the pf office and also raised grievance regarding the same. The official at the pf office has given me an authorization letter to be stamped by accenture so the bank details can be updated. I am currently working in bangalore from last 5 months and will be unable to personally visit accenture office or run around to the pf office again and again. I sent all these details to the pf team but i am not receiving a proper response from them. After complaining to the hr team of accenture i finally got an email from the pf team to courier the required documents so that they can process it further for correction of my bank details. And as advised by the eb social security team, i couriered my documents to them on the 13th of dec'19 which they confirmed receipt however, after a week or so i received an email from them again stating that i need to send the scanned copies of my aadhaar and pan card by email with the subject line as "pf query for processing" (Note: aadhaar card was already sent by courier). I sent the email with the attachments as mentioned however after 2 days i received an email from them that i need to elaborate my query and within seconds i received another email that my case has been resolved. I am getting really frustrated and failing to understand why is this being made so complicated when all that the accenture pf team needs to do is authorize and forward my documents to the pf department. I have sent multiple emails for the status update but there is no response at all from their end. Its been one month since i am trying to understand the status of my documents that i had couriered and emailed but, not sure what is happening. I cannot come to accenture office mumbai as i have permanently moved to bangalore. Please help!
