ACPC – Gujarat — D2D Admission not clarify that you can not modify choice in upgradation round before admission process declaration

Hello sir,

I am student of diploma computer engineering. I am participating in D2D Admission in Gujarat state. I got admission in Government Engineering college – Rajkot but i want to change my college in next round which is on[protected] to[protected] is up gradation round. In this D2D process, ACPC not declare that you can not change or modify the choice. so I can not change my college. I complain to ACPC but they don't give any clarification. Please help me for my issue because my life depends on this decision.
