Dear Travellers, Air Pegasus website works perfectly if you are booking ticket online. It won't work when you trying to do cancellation through there website. It will throw error as ":Username password mismatch" or Confirmation Number show's always mismatch to cancel the ticket. I did reserved with Debit card. So, Debit Card holder's must be cancel with Air Pegasus website. But, Cancellation can't be done through this Air Pegasus website be aware friend's. Kadapa to Bangalore ticket was unable to cancel through online. I spoke with call center executive he said debit card holder's could do cancellation only on website. But, they already programmed well. Thense, passenger's should't be able to cancel their tickets due to mismatch of your confirmation number or PNR number. I lost my whole amount for nothing.
