We booked a flight named Air Pegasus from Madurai to Bangalore on 21st aug, 2015. On 9th aug, 2015, I got a message from airlines that flight is on timings.
When on 21st aug, 2015, I reached Madurai airport and was informed that there is no such flight at this time.
When I called to Air Pegasus office, informed that this flight has been rescheduled to 9:30 PM without any notification.
I asked for the apology mail from the company and refund of Rs 5000(Full refund) but didn't got any response till now.
Its my humble request to the company that being in such an important profession they should respect the time of their clients and should not take them for granted.
