From last 15 days, i tried every method to obtain the upc of my no. [protected], but i couldn't get it. A message "unable to generate upc: msisdn not found in crm" is being generated". Please help me and guide me how to get upc of my number, it would be appreciable i[censored] could provide me the same. I am facing lot of inconvenience. I am using this no. From last 7 years approx., i have to keep this no. Alive by switching to other telecom operator. Kindly do the needful.
