I have made a complaint to local AVVNL office Losal towards change of Domestic Electric meter, my MCO No 20665/33 Dated 28.7.2014 but over to 2 month they are not change meter even whenever I contact them they simpaly says "Meters Not available"
hence I request relating authority pls look in matter and do needful
