i am rowin prasad jaisawal bearing enrol.no[protected]. i completed BCA(lateral entry) through DDE in may 2014. but hadnt received my provisional certificate and transcript even after one years
i wrote a letter to the university 3 months ago asking for the provisional certificate but hadnt received it yet. i also tried to call the university but all of them jus ask for your enrol no. and never respond back. any help would be appriciated.
