I am U.VENKATA NAVEEN(register no. [protected]) completed BBA through distance education from ALAGAPPA UNIVERSITY in the year 2004.I belongs to Andhra Pradesh.I have received my marklist and provisional, but till now i havent received my Original Degree Convocation certificate.Many times i have send MAILS, LETTERS, FAX to the CONTOLLER OF EXAMINATIONS to send my degree certificate but i did not get reply for my mails and letters.when i call them on phone they are simply saying that "we cant convey all messages through phone.send letters" but no reply to my letters.Now i got a job and the company is asking me to submit the original degree certificate immediately otherwise i have to face the risk of loosing my job due to the negligence of controller of examination not sending me the degree certificate.The university is playing with my career.I request the FORUM to take action on the university in this matter and do me justice.
