I ordered a product from the site of Ali Express 2-3 months back. They debited the amount right after my purchasing, but I have not received the product even after so many days.
I requested for refund after waiting for 30-40 days, but the reply I received is inappropriate. Hereby, I requset to kindly look into the matter and resolve my issue after issuing a notice to the concerned person.
