I have surching a part time job for extra earning. So i have such in indeed.com. Next day i net company persons have call me for capthe work. They have send me a agreement in which they have given a target of 10000 capthe in 10days. And says that if i fail to complete the target then i will give rs. 5000/-as penalty. They have send me my username and password on 07.12.2018 but i have not received any emails. Called the company to resend the mail. They have again resend me username and password on 10.12.2018. I have start working. But on 17.12.2018 they will reject my username. I have call the company but they doing nothing. Now mrs heena (Advocate associate) have called me again and again and says that i have fail to achieve the target so ask to fill a panelty of rs. 18040/-. But according to agreement i have not completed 10days and i completed 10days then penalty will be rs. 5000/- now they have send me a notice for give a penalty of rs.8000/- in 7days in the name of samco enterprise. What can i do. Is it fraud. The supporting documents are attached for you references
