Allahabad Bank — failed transaction money not back

I made 2 transactions on 12/10/19 of 12898 each (Rrn number:[protected] and[protected] on flipkart via phonepe. The transaction
Id on phonepe was (P1910120008535073465780 and c1910120007169342177613). The transaction failed both the times but money was debited from my account via the debit card. I confirmed both from flipkart and phonepe and they told me that the transaction failed due to
Issue from the allahabad bank and they have not received the money. I
Further raised a complaint in this regard on 25/10/19 (Complain id 136441) which was closed and a ticket was raised[protected].
After many weeks are passed, i raised another complaint but all were closed citing the above ticket number. When i visited the branch they told me that ticket has been raised and only hq can do something. I also mailed the issue to ho. [protected]@allahabadbank.in, gm. [protected]@allahabadbank.in and imps. [protected]@allahabadbank.in but no response from any of them. Its been more than 3 months now and my money has not come back yet. I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful so that i can get my money back.
