I have been trying to make payments from last 3 days but neither my Allahabad Bank debit card is working nor I am able to pay through any other UPI app through my saved card. Allahabad Bank has not even sent any SMS if there is any change in IFSC code of the branch or any other change due to merging with Indian Bank. What are we supposed to do as customers? Run rounds of the Bank branch in this Covid 19 situation? This is purely customer harassment. Pathetic services from the Bank’s side. I need this to be resolved asap or I will go further and complaint about this to the RBI complaint forum.
