I have applied for account transfer from nit patna branch to naubat bhanjan branch in november 2018 now its going to be 1 year and the account has not been yet transferred now i want to close my account but they are not closing my account. I went bank 4 times but they are making excuses. Please close my account otherwise i have to take necessary action
