I paid property tax of rs 998/- online on[protected] via gateway

Against property :
1633/915, dariyabad, allahabad 211003. The amount was debited from my hdfc bank account but not credited to my property tax payment account at your end. I came to know when i saw my new bill online for two year. I approached to your gaughat office and your computer department but no response.
I approached to my hdfc bank who confirmed that payment was successful on 22-5-18 with ref. No. Ref no. Pt[protected].
I would request you to kindly trace the payment at your end and credit the amount in my tax payment account at your end.
