I ordered two items at allschoolstuff.com on 1st oct 2012… 1. stephen joseph umbrella and 2. Winnie the Pooh lunchbox, and paid through netbanking. It was delivered to me on 12th oct2012, but to my horror, the package was totally crushed. I sent a complaint to allschoolstuff.com on 12th oct itself alongwith picture of the broken item. On 13th oct i recieved their reply, stating that they would arrange for a redispatch of the item concerned. But since then there has been no communication from their side, nor have they sent me the item. i have been sending them regular reminders…. i feel totally cheated and advice all to stay away from shopping at this site.
