I have applied for pf withdrawal through my previous Company (My previous Company outsource his PF work to ALP Consulting). Now these Companies are not supporting and not providing any details pertains to my PF form submission details and withdrawal status. I am following up with them on call and mails since long back (more than one month). Their reply are very unprofessional and harsh. Even they have not shared the acknowledgement with me. I am in urgent need of money and helpless now. Please help me to get my money and take any harsh action against these people. I don't know how know how many employees are suffering with these issues.
My registered mobile number is not working, so I cannot able to extract my PF balance amount. Please help me to get my balance amount. I tried all the customer care number but all were always busy.
