I have placed the below order on May28, 2019. It costed me 15, 000 rs. There was no single correspondence about the order post order confirmation. I tried reching customer service, submitted complaints on their site but there is no answer. Its such a wost support system ACK has. If they dont care about customers they should close the store rather than causing inconvenience to all. Its an epitome of inefficiency, incompetency and highest levwl of negligence. They ahould be brought to justice for cheating the customers and not meeting the business SLAs.
