I had requested for battery replacement for my iphone in december 2018 and paid the requisite fee of rs, 2000/- and the executive mentioned that it will take 1 week for the battery to be received. I got a call from the company ample technologies and when i gave my phone – iphone se 16gb for battery replacement, they broke the phone and said that new battery caused panic attack for the phone and put back the old battery which came with the phone.
Even with the old battery, the kernel panic errors started and i had asked for refund of the battery cost of rs. 2000/-
They broke my phone, took my battery replacement fee, and now not even refunding the amount.
