I have a boking with AMR Infarstructure in kessel-I valey in the name of
‘Siddharth Arora’ for area 1000 sq ft. for which we have given
9,50,000 rupees.
We need our money back, I have been continuosly asking it for many
years now this is a written complaint for the same.
We sue your company for:
1. You promised to build an IT building and give us 1000 sq ft space
in the firt floor, but later on you developed a shoping mall in tha
same building with our money. In your first sales broucher there was
nothing mentioned about the shooping mall.
2. You promised tocomplete the project within 3 years but it took
around 8 years and not yet completed
3. You promised to arrange bank loan in the beginning, but you
couldn’t arranged the same.
4. You told your customers in the beginning that you will launch the
project at higher rate of around 7250 per sq ft but after launching
also you sold the space at previous rates or below that price, it is
cheating customer by mismanaging prices.
5. You sold us the project at very igh rates as compared to the market price.
6. Also you never give proper response to our calls, always postpone
our request of money refund
