A shop was booked in the year of 2008 in I Mall project in Gr. Noida, & an amount 80% i.e Rs. 19, 71, 740/- has been paid from January to April 2008 to the co. with the commitment to hand over possession of the shop by december.2009. Up till now the project is not completed in seven years time. We have invested our life long savings of P F & Gratuti etc. My age presently is 65years and my wife's is 63. Numerous requests are made at all levels of the co. by way of personal meetings, phone calls, Emails, SMS & site visit meetings since more than last one year. Now our patience is no more to sustain.
