I have booked one flat in amrapali group verona heights (Jaura heights) noida extension, greater noida west on 31 august 2014, paid rs 16 lakhs
Even after three years no work has began at location (The tower in which my flat will be). Possession date was 48 months after booking.
There is no hope that i will get my flat in time or even after elapse of time.
So i want my 16 lakh rupees back with interest. To whom should i approach amrapali offices not picking calls.
