I Dr.C.M.Ravi kumar, booked a ticket from Kurnool to Tirupati on 1/2/21 reference ticket number is[protected].
I was waiting at bus stand since 12 am, I called up customer service at 12:20 am to enquire about the bus location. The customer service person said that bus will come so you wait till 12:30
I have waited till 12:40 am, but bus didn’t come.
I again called up the customer service, they asked me to enquire in enquiry counter at bus stand.
I enquired in enquiry counter, they have said the bus will come at 1:05 am, but bus didn’t come till 1:10 am
I again called up the customer service care, and asked about bus, they asked me to give my mobile number so that they will discuss the matter with enquiry person. Then the enquiry person is said that bus will come.
I waited till 1:30 am but bus didn’t come
I again called up customer care number then again they discussed with enquiry person and said that the service is cancelled.
They asked me to go by 2am service bus
At 2:10 am the bus didn’t come, the 2am bus driver said that he didn’t come to bus stand he has straight away left Kurnool by bypass road without coming to bus stand
At 2:15 am the enquiry person has said that I cannot do anything now u arrange ur own alternative or go by 5am Tirupati service.
So instead of wasting time I took a bus to Kadapa by buying a new ticket thinking that I can reach Tirupati at least by 10 or 11 am
In the whole context, because of apsrtc I and brother had to wait 2:15 am thinking that bus will come
APSRTC has given a lot mental pressure and has wasted our valuable time
Without any prior intimation apsrtc has cancelled the bus service which I have booked
I want you to take action on the concerned authorities and pay compensation for the cancellation of service without prior intimation
I expect u to take action on paper and intimate me through my Gmail [protected]@gmail.com
I[censored] fail to take action on the concerned authorities I’ll have to deal it with u by filing a case in court against apsrtc, kindly don’t handle this with recklessness.
I don’t want any other passenger to suffer from this type of inappropriate cancellation of bus service without prior intimation.
If passengers doesn’t reach on time u will go away leaving the passenger behind
If we come on time and i[censored] cancel the service without prior intimation what shall we do? for this, apsrtc should only give an explanation.
At 9:15 am on 1/2/21 I get a message that apsrtc is regreted to inform that service number 5673 is cancelled. I don’t know what apsrtc is doing when they have the customer mobile number with them
Can’t apsrtc inform 1 hour priory so that the passenger can look for alternative things.
This is totally a worse negligent action from apsrtc. They are just sending a message of regret and washing of their hands or washing of their mistake saying that money will be refunded
The authorities concerned in the apsrtc have taken passengers for granted and casually and behaving with lot of negligence.
Only refund won’t be sufficient for this negligence, I expect compensation and strict action on the concerned authorities, failing which I’ll have to handle this in court against apsrtc.
This should set an example so that from next time onwards u will intimate the passengers before hand.
