Hi sir/madam.. My complaint was on bus conductor (lady) and driver..as I’m travelling from ravulapalem bustand to Ramachandrapuram.. it is an ordinary bus from ravulapalem to kakinada..I took a ticket from lady conductor and she didn’t returned change to me..she done same thing with other passengers also..she is taking full amount from passengers and not giving change to anyone..if we ask for change, she is saying take change after last Stop.. Is this the way u trained to ur employees..such a worst behaviour from her.. speaking badly and rudly with co-passengers and driver stopping bus only in few stops.. I asked name but she didn’t told to me and driver talking call and driving bus..for ur reference I’m sending ticket photo.. please look into this seriously and take sevier action on them..
