I have booked a ticket from Hyderabad (MGBS) to Vijayawada through APSRTC ONLINE (with login GBETHA) on the date of 29/09/2011. Journey date is[protected]. But Due to Telangana Bund this service has been canceled. While I have contacted customer care i got the information that the money will credit to my account. For that they suggested to send a mail to "online.[protected]@apsrtconline.in" 4 times I have sent mail to this mail address. But till now i haven't got my money back. At least i haven't got any reply from APSRTC.
