Apsrtc — Worst Buses and No proper maintenance

Myself Sanath Aged 27, I had a journey between BHEL(Hyderabad) and RAJAHMUNDRY on 21st June 2011. The following are the detials of the bus:

Route : BHEL to Kakinada
Bus DEPO : Kakinada

APSRTC buses are worst. Bus Started 1hour late due to the water leakage in radiator. In the middle of the journey bus got breakdown at 3:00 a.m. at suryapet. But nobody is there to help us. We tried to call to DEPO people about the issue but there was no proper response from them, one person replied that he is not an officer, he is a contract employ and his duty is just taking complaint and reporting to the officers. We are struggled for two hours in Suryapet. After that bus driver took us to Khammam and there he talked to the Khammam Depo people and some how they arranged another bus. Because of these reasons we got late for 5 hours. Just imagine that worst journey. Like this I had many experiences with our great APSRTC buses. From that day itself… I lost trust on our buses. Its better to prefer other buses.

APSRTC aim is to get the money… they don't care about the customers.
