Andhra University — no response from administration team regarding original degree tatkal application

I have applied for the original degree for m. Sc chemistry (Organic chemistry) in tatkaal mode and paid 15000/- rs online. Here is the transaction number opg[protected] for the registration number [protected]. Though after submitting all the documents, i have not received original degree, its been 1 month i am waiting though i paid for tatkal mode. Please do the needful and expedite the process.
