I'm studying in St Joseph college of engineering in Sriperumbudur. I joined there by SC/ST free scholarship now they asking us to pay fees because a person who kept more than 5 arrear they should pay fees…many SC community people's are studying there they don't have money that's way they joined in that college now they asking money. How we pay the fees now? It is injustice
