So now i planning to get the transfer certificate and continue my 3rd year in another college, but my college management says that u want to pay the next one years fees ₹80000 for getting transfer this is the rule of our college… I cant pay such big amount… So kindly plz help me to get the transfer quickly yours obediently d.
