I called to AO smith customer care for my filter check and they assigned this task to his one employee name Mr. Venkata reddy( mobile number +[protected]in sarjapura area Bangalore, near Sompura Gate, pin code- 562125. I asked him to provide me estimate before changing its part so that I can decide whether I should go for it or not. But he changed one by one it’s part and make a bill around 5000Rs and saying better take Amc which will cost 5900Rs. I asked him I don’t want to change parts as it’s going beyond to my budget. But he changed it forcefully and took amount for the same we also did the payment because it was turning 10 pm and we didn’t want to continue further.He didn’t checked TDS also that day and I need to call him again for checking TDS next day in the morning and again requested to take back the device since the charges are very high. He said since it’s already changed we won’t take it back.Again morning we called customer care and took number for Area manager Mr Muniswara wherein on concall Venkat changed his words and said on your approval only I changed. Is this kind of service you are providing where your employee are just trying to make higher bill as per their wish. I called to his manager name Srinivas( mobile number[protected], but he is also talking rubbis and not providing any positive support. I called to Srinivas manger name Muniswara(mobile number [protected]). We inform the same incident to him but he told you don’t have any proof to proof your point. So you are free to complain anywhere you want and he told of you will complain I will make sure the refund is not done. Dear Aosmith after looking on your service and employee behaviour request you to take the device back regardless of price I must say I have kent water purifier which provide far better and awesome service and now I can understand why market person suggest Kent over aosmirth.
