I (Hardeep Singh) have purchased a policy from Apollo Munich Insurance Company, It’s been more than two months but i haven’t got my policy kit with cash less card which should have been delivered in 15 days. I’ve emailed several time to the company they replied and promised to send it in 15 days again but nothing happened and today i got message from there that my policy has been delivered on[protected].
I’ve attached the screen print of that.
I’m having health problems and they are not taking anything seriously. I don’t see any benefit to purchase policy from apollo.
Please sir/mam do something as soon as possible.
I never thought to complaint about it to you but today they’ve cross the limit by sent the fake message of delivery.
