I had booked a home sample collection from apollo 24/7 for 12th april 2021. The sample was collected on that day, but I never got the test reports back. These reports have now become totally useless for me as I had a doctors appointment for 15th april. So I mailed the team at apollo for my refund and even shared my bank details with them. After 15 days of continuous emails and calls to the customer care team these guys were just testing my patience. They guarantee a refund within 15 days but today it is 10th of may 2021, almost a month since the sample collection and I haven’t received a single penny back.
