I did one transaction in Apollo pharmacy on 26th June in Mahadevapura
Bangalore branch for Rs 1050 however they charged Rs 1050 + 665. The
seller had denied to refund the access amount. They are asking the
credit card statement as a proof for this excess payment.
From SBI Apollo Rewards points – 665 (1 point equal to Rs 1)
From SBI Apollo card – Debited Rs. 1050
Your team has created the issue and they hold me in store for more than 3 hours and finally they did not refunded the excess amount.
I sent an email couple of times to [protected]@apollopharmacy.org, [protected]@apollopharmacy.org and [protected]@apollopharmacy.org but did nor received any response for till yet.
is this the right way tp deal & behave with customer and working in the office?
Today I call to your tele support team, they disconnected the call 3 times after hearing the concern. Finally I did not received any satisfactory responce from your back staff as well as tele team.
I can wait max till Monday, post that I will publish all the details along with transaction details in Facebook and linked-in.
