Apollo has taken full advantage of pandemic situation as they know that many people may not open the order the same day esp if it is baby products. This gives them opportunity to cheat by applying some cheap tricks.
My recent order has cost me a loss of 500 INR.

Delivered – 7 cerelacs (2 wrong products) out of 8; D3 5ml in 5
Missing items – 1 cerelac
D3: 10ml x 5 = total 50 ml
Raised complaint multiple times and their support has closed it without proper action. No proper updates as we have to follow up every day.
Complaint# received from customer care – 815557 and 876278
They keep on asking same details again n again (images etc.).
Please impose a fine and stop them from doing this business.
