Today I have purchased medicines, out of which one was Ketool Dx 10 tablets of from Apollo pharmacy retailex shopping complex Abhaykhand Indrapuram Ghaziabad . We have been buying medicines from the same store since last 5 years and loyal customer of Apollo.
Today we were surprised to check that the store employee Mr Kaushal has kept only 6 tablets instead of 10 and not given any invoice.
When I went to the shop the staff misbehaved with me as if we are running around for Rs32/- worth of tablets.
I am writing this with pain and agony that you should train your staff on customer handling, follow standard guidelines of giving invoices and proper count of the medicines and payment.
I want your reply on what actions you have taken on the above mentioned store team specifically on Mr Kaushal.
May I request you to ask your ASM / store incharge to call me and meet as I am living just a km from your store.
