Ordered Apollo pulse Oximeter of apollo 24/7 app on April 19 received the package on 22 april the Oximeter battery lid isn’t fitting properly from the day I got it called the apollo pharmacy store that sent the Oximeter asked for a replacement they asked meto share the images of the Oximeter and bill to their number later told me they can’t replace online order products without any mail from apollo emailed the apollo customer care they called me after few days and asked me to mail the images of the Oximeter for further proceedings share the images of the Oximeter as they asked me to later the apollo pharmacy store called me on may 8 telling me they’re sending another Oximeter to replace with the one O got yet they haven’t done anything I continuously contacted them asked them about the replacement after few weeks they told they haven’t received any mail regarding the replacement The email bit of apollo customer care replies doesn’t takes any action A reputated pharma and hospital brand doesn’t have a proper customer care you can’t contact them directly the staff of apollo pharmacy doesn’t know anything I am thinking of proceeding legally.
