I am hereby to complain about the Contact Center Manager named Adil Siddiqui of you branch “Aptech University Road Center” (Address: First Floor, Bell Arcade, Gulistan-e-Johar, Block-1, Main University Road, Opposite University of Karachi. Me and my cousin took admission there in MS Office course (duration of 2 months and time duration: 2 hours per day) and our classes started from 16th of February, 2021.But during the last three classes, we are not properly guided because instructor is not able to keep full attention like before due to another batch which is start after our batch. Then suddenly our class timings changed by the management which is (03:00 to 05:00) and we have no problem with this but even in these timings we are not properly guided by the teacher because another batch merge with us and due to difference of their topics, we are facing problems. We get hardly 1 hour by the instructor because of another batch. And most of our time are wasting. In our last class on 8th of March, 2021, we reached at 03:15 pm but out new topic started at 04:10 pm. And on that day I and my cousin have just 1 computer.
Today my brother discussed those issue with Manager Adil Siddiqui, but he did not cooperate with us. We are much annoyed with his behavior. When my brother asked if he is not able to solve the issue then refund the next month fees, be he also refused to do this. This behavior is not acceptable from an educational institution.
Sir I believe Aptech is one of the best computer institutes all over Pakistan. That’s why I choose this institute because this institute is maintaining global standards for the career growth of youth through its remarkable services.
Therefore I request you to take notice on our matter. I will be waiting for your kind response.
